You will still be required to make all of the payments if any on your 3rd position lien. You still owe the money and it must be paid or you will face foreclosure.

You might be notified by the bankruptcy court to make payments to a trustee but it will be the same amount you have been paying before.

You are entitled to a free credit report each year from each of the three credit bureaus. Do not waste money using those credit monitoring sites (freecreditreport.com et al).

If you were not able to get your reports thru AnnualCreditReport.com (it's the only really free site), you need to send a written request. You will need to include copies of your social security card, driver's license, and something address to you at your current address. Calling the credit bureaus will get you absolutely no where.

When you get your credit reports, make a photocopy and highlight everything that is not yours. Send this highlighted copy back to the credit bureau with a cover letter indicating these are not your accounts. They are all ID theft. In some cases, you will have to send letters to the creditors, indicating the ID theft.

The good news is that derogatory items age off your credit file 7-1/2 years after the first deficiency. That means that if these debts were defaulted on when you were 10, they should be aging off your credit report.
